During the prehiring process or In the event of employment, I understand that false, misleading, or omissions given in my application or interview(s) will be reason for (1) not being offered employment or (2) grounds for discharge of employment.

I authorize investigation of all statements contained in this application for employment as may be necessary in arriving at an employment decision. I also release any and all liability or responsibility all persons, firms and/or corporations who supply information in connection with my application for employment with Transfer Tool Products.

I understand that Transfer Tool Products may require a pre-employment physical examination and related tests (including drug screening), this is a condition of employment with Transfer Tool Products. If a physical examination and related tests are required, Transfer Tool Products will supply and require a signed release form for this examination and related test.

I also understand and acknowledge that any employment relationship at Transfer Tool Products is of an "at will" nature, which means that the Employee may resign at any time and the Employer may discharge the Employee at any time with or without cause. It is further understood that this "at will" employment relationship may not be changed by any written document or conduct unless such change is specifically acknowledged in writing by the President of Transfer Tool Products
